Your gift today will go twice as far in supporting youth participants to build deeper connections with our local ecosystems and each other. Learn more about their stories and the impact of EYA’s programs posted weekly leading up to the end of our 2025 Winter Campaign on YouTube.

Ways that your donation supports youth:

  • Purchase program supplies like plants and tools
  • Provide honoraria to youth to reduce barriers to participating in a program
  • Support the wages of our amazing youth educators, all of whom identify as youth from equity-denied communities
  • Pay Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers to visit programs and share cultural teachings and ecological knowledge

 

We invite you to help us meet our goal of raising $5,000 more this Giving Tuesday on December 2nd, for a total of $10,000 to be used to cultivate opportunities for youth from equity-denied communities to grow as environmental stewards. Here are some ways to give:

  1. Online Donation: Make a one-time donation or as a monthly donor through the form on our website: https://eya.ca/donate/.
  2. E-transfer: Send a donation via e-transfer by completing this form This information is required to issue a charitable tax receipt. Then, go to your online banking platform and send your e-transfer to: giving@eya.ca.
  3. Mail: Cheque can be made out to Environmental Youth Alliance and mailed to 110 – 1245 Glen Dr., Vancouver, BC, V6A 3M8.
  4. Spread the word: Share this campaign through the blog on our website, our social media posts, or forwarding our announcement email to friends, family, or members in your community. If you are an alumni, current participant, donor, collaborator, community member, or friend of EYA, we encourage you share your stories of impact.
