Become a summer stewardship volunteer!

We’re recruiting youth volunteers (ages 15-25) to join our summer site stewardship program! As a Stewardship Volunteer, you’ll work closely with Jaycee Clarkson, EYA Program Coordinator, to help keep our inner-city sites at the Strathcona Community Gardens looking BEE-autiful. Volunteers should be prepared to get their hands dirty, while growing their gardening and nature stewardship skills. By taking action to support native plant and wildlife biodiversity initiatives in the city, volunteers will also explore their connection to the natural environment.

Check out the volunteer posting for dates, volunteer responsibilities, and other details about the program.
